At the end of the rinse, the high temperature saturated steam present in the washing chamber is sucked in and conveyed into a heat exchanger where it gives heat to the incoming cold water by condensation. This avoids the puff of steam at the opening of the hood and the inlet water temperature increases by about 25 ºC with significant energy savings.
The whole process takes place in just 30″ which are added to the normal cycle time.
