A hospital canteen ready in one night!

The sudden blockage of a kitchen in an hospital is a big problem.
Our client had to be able to maintain continuity of service and unchanged quality of meals.
The solution was to rent a Mobile System modular cooking center that Gnodi Service installed in a single night, allowing the hospital not to interrupt any service and to re-employ the kitchen staff in a professional structure. The modules were positioned in an area adjacent to the hospital and connected with a covered tunnel to the existing building in order to allow the passage and distribution of food.
