design, supply and installation of the entire pastry workshop

A Food and Wine and Hotel Institute teaches its students to work through multiple practical activities. With this project Gnodi Service has studied a new pastry workshop.

Nothing is left to chance, each area has its own theme:

  • a space is devoted to the preparation of the paste,
  • a corner at the chocolate refining,
  • a space is dedicated to cooking
  • an area is dedicated to washing.
