The client requested a custom kitchen cart equipped with two separate areas: one dedicated to food preparation, and one for food and beverage service.

Every component of the cart was designed by our technical department, in close consultation with the client. Each request was taken into consideration and turned into practical, tailored solutions thanks to the synergy between custom design and artisanal manufacturing. In the kitchen area, we installed a professional oven, cooking plates, a stainless steel sink, refrigerated counters, and work surfaces that are durable and easy to sanitize. Each element was carefully selected to ensure functionality, ergonomics, and safety—even during transportation. The distribution area was outfitted with a refrigerated display case for showcasing products, a fridge for drinks and ice cream, a fully equipped cocktail station, a coffee machine, and a slush machine. Everything was designed to make service quick, practical, and visually organized.
