In the design of a butcher shop it is therefore essential not to neglect any detail to differentiate the store and pay the utmost attention to the exposure and therefore to the choice of refrigerated windows as well as the various exhibitors. The great protagonist is definitely the meat counter that must be well lit, clean and tidy so as to convey the freshness of the pieces on display.
